ComptonAddy, a commercial real estate development company serving clients in multiple markets across the country, recently completed a project in Sidney, Ohio. The new 7,000 square foot retail development, located at 2227 Michigan Street, is home to a WellNow Urgent Care and an Aspen Dental location. The WellNow Urgent Care centers operate in several states and are now open daily for walk-ins or check-ins, as early as 7:00 a.m. until as late as 11:00 p.m., with 24/7 virtual care. Aspen Dental Management, Inc. is a dental support organization that provides business support and administrative services to independently owned and operated dental practices. Each Aspen Dental branded practice is owned and operated by a licensed dentist. This retail space development is Phase I of the overall activities taking place on the six acre site. Phase II of the development plans call for a Take 5 Oil Change franchise to be located directly to the east of the new retail spaces. Anchor Associates, the broker on the first three projects, also has listed approximately 4.13 acres, located at 2255 Michigan Street, at the rear of the full six acre site.
